When I got an interview, they called on a wednesday to schedule the interview for thursday. I went in about 15 minutes early and there was already somebody interviewing so I walked around for a bit and then when she was done I told an employee that I was here for an interview and they got the manager. The interview lasted for about 10-15 minutes she asked me about school and avaliability. Then on Sunday I got a call that I got the job.
Group interview for seasonal help. Mostly orientation with a few questions. Easy-going and relaxing interview
It was fast, straight to the point and over very fast.

Applied online during mid-April, got a call back a couple of days later for an interview, came in and went through your typical interview questions. Told me they'd do a background check and I should get a call back in a couple of days. NOT! It was about 2 1/2 weeks later when I was called back in for the onboarding.
For me I went to an open house, left resume and the manager called me within a week to set up an interview. I was hired within 10 mins of my interview. Very short and sweet.

I had to do a phone interview, followed by meeting the ASM, and finally an interview with the store manager. The hiring process has since changed.
