In Customer Service at the Midway plant, the majority of them don't speak to production floor workers and referred to them as "peasants." Sad because those "peasants" do the hard work while they sit in an office. Too much like a soap opera. Treat people according to skill set and as human beings, not putting them down or discharging them because they don't fit in a childish "high school clique."

I worked in Central Texas and a transport driver I like the job but the supervisors where boneheads and all cut throat they were worried about their job and their job only an HR wasn't any better
