Not well if the upper management doesn't get in touch with reality on what really goes on and what it takes to run Olin....it takes money to make money and if you don't invest in what you have it goes down hill quick and then the board members wonder why it cost twice as much to fix plant issues....when you have plant experienced management/operators telling the check writers what they need and proven proof then listen help and not keep putting off mechanical problems
