In the state of South Dakota I believe it's $4.33 and in tips it usually averages out to $20 an hour on top of that depending on the shift. However, because of what myself and most of my coworkers claim for taxes, about $1 of the hourly wage is seen on your paycheck weekly and the cash tips is immediately received in cash at the end of the night you work.

Jeans and a nice Blouse with booties or heels and simple jewelry. Or go with a nice dress with earring. It’s best to have your hair away from the face so they can picture you as a server.
