If my restaurant continues to treat its employees poorly, the environment will decline until even the guests can see the problems. From there, financial troubles will increase and overall dissatisfaction will decrease until the restaurant (and possibly the chain, if this problem is endemic) goes under.

As far as the actual company, I feel they will do extremely well. They are very well known and have many successful locations...waterbury is just not one of them.
