Aide/Field (Former Employee) – Big Flats, NY – May 24, 2018
I started with the company when they were known as Olsten Kimberly Quality Care as a Field Staff Supervisor then after 6 months decided to take the 80 hour course and became a Certified Home Health Aide. Being a CHHA was probably the most satisfying and gratifying job I've ever done and if it weren't for personal family reasons I would have worked there a lot longer than I did. The hardest part of the job was when a client passed away. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the clients and nurses.
Getting to work with different people - clients and nurses.
It has been over a decade since I worked at Olsten Staffing and don't think the company even exists in this area anymore. However, I do recall that I appreciated them having insurance benefits available for temp employees.
