Certified Nursing Assistant in Los Angeles, CA

This was my first workplace as a Cna. Starting this job was pretty okay there where many times that I had other coworkers help me as a new nurse with no experience.
Director of Staff Development (DSD) in Los Angeles, CA 90006
on June 28, 2021
Interesting and exciting work environment due to the diversity of the staff. There is security of tenure and longevity especially for the frontline nursing staff. Prior to the change in Administrator mid-2017, management was supportive. The culture has changed after the new administration took over. The company spent more in facility upkeep and beautification, instead of rewarding employees with incentives and wages that they rightfully deserve.

Admin not care about the nursing staff. No respect. As Rn, reports the patient safety with low staffing (lvn and cna) but admin will make excuse as low census. No support given. Poor management. Low pay. Need to change the corporate management as soon as possible.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant in Los Angeles, CA

There are so many difficult things about working here. Management is horrible and administrator really doesn’t care about staff. Constantly overworked with little pay and very demanding . Understaffed a lot with only some working hard. There are better homes to work at.
