Front Office Supervisor (Current Employee) - Olympia, WA - January 18, 2023
Long term current employee. Hard work and proven, competent work ethic are rewarded. Owner and management are supportive and have creative ways of helping you reach your goals. The office is very busy-there is hardly ever a dull moment and I love our patients. The patients are the reason we exist and the focus of our daily tasks.

Fun workplace
Receptionist (Former Employee) - Olympia, WA - September 10, 2022
Management are very supportive and helpful. Position is fast paced and you have to know your stuff, but it makes time pass quickly. Compensation is competitive compared to other places I've worked and great benefits. Definitely a great "work family," but patients can be a little needy sometimes, which can feel exhausting. I wish I never left, but we moved out of state.

High stress, high patient flow, minimal help from supervisors

I learned a lot working here and met a few really great people. I worked here for nearly 2 years. As with any job there are ups and downs. Unfortunately this is a toxic work environment. Management is fraternized which makes it feel like a “is vs. them” environment. Now that I’m out of that situation I realize how terrible being there was for my mental health. The office manager is the worst manager I’ve ever had. I hope they are able to improve and never make anyone feel as terrible as they made me feel.
