This job needs BETTER COMMUNICATION!! Management communication sucks!! Everyone does what they want to do and when they want to do it. They follow “rules” when they want too and when they don’t want too. When higher people from Arizona come down to NC, they pretend everything is okay when really the company is horrible!! They need people with EXPERIENCE not just anyone who needs a job to furfill positions and to get someone in because nobody else will do the job. The company really just should shut down and restart all over again!
Hire Upper-level management that cares about the people. It is a great job and plenty of room for potential. Also, assure that your PM is extremely professional and not discuss supervisors performance with other supervisors. The customer is the most important person but an impulsive leader can affect how things operate.

You should have sat down with Sidney Carr and discuss the situation in question, Confidence Call, instead of having the site project call me in on my off day and fired Me! I Was making positive changes there in two months, Thanks
