Excellent products, great sales reps. Where the company fails is with transparency with their training protocol upon hired, as well as their compensation. Hiring managers conveniently forget to mention the way bonuses work as well as they conveniently forget the whole training protocol. Even when you get your compensation in writing and your training expectations - these are not always the truth. Culpability and accountability are places for growth with the management. They always preach about promoting from within, but there seems to be some nepotism going on with personnel from another company???
With all the changes going on right now and the distant future - from changing their model- going from 5 business units to 2 business units, as well as the changes within the upper management - I would pause before talking with this company.
