No time off , benefits sucks unorganized, they will send you random jobs with no training or instructions on how to performed the job. Lack of communication between office and management , tech get blamed for issue ,

Worst job I ever had!!!!

The management here is terrible and constantly chewing out all employees for things one person may have done. My gas card and credit card were declined four to five times a month, the gas card got canceled all togeather. They expect you to work 60-80 hours a week but when you need time off it's a hassle. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! I'd give them 0 stars if Indeed let me.

Job for a self-starter not a whiner

If you like working alone and setting your own pace with very little supervision and are self reliant, knowledgeable and capable, this can be a good job for you. If you need someone to hold your hand throughout the day and tell you step-by-step what to do, dont bother applying.
Go flip burgers.
Company vehicle,gas and credit card,ipad and tools supplied. Up to 2 weeks initial training paid, and some special training and certification, paid of course later on.
Daily travel, some overnights, occasionally more than one night. Hotel and evening meals paid for when overnight, with fair limits. Weekends off with exception of a few hours a month to complete Van inventory.
Work is steady and as enjoyable as you make it.

Promise the world and don't deliver it

If you're into a chaotic schedule that changes daily, only 24 hour notice (or most times less) of what your next day is going to bring, little to no training, a call center that knows about as much as a new tech, or being sent out of town for an unknown amount of time and only being paid while your van is in motion (even though you are told you are paid from the time you leave you house til the time you return) then this is the company for you.
