From the minute you clock in to the minute you clock out you are overworked and stressed out. If you ask a question you are talked about negatively. Everyone goes to lunch and break at the same time, like robots. Clock in clock out. One hour meetings EVERYDAY with your manager, a waste of time. MONEY, MONEY MONEY for the company is what Omni is all about.

After your first 6 months as a Customer Care Specialist you will be eligible for a raise and then again on your yearly anniversary date up to the next 6 years. The Customer Care Specialist are also eligible for the monthly performance bonus which can drastically add to your pay.

I am not sure how long Omni Financial will last as a company. Their polices and guidelines change very often to "better the work place" when it make everything more stressful and confusing.

The interview/hiring process was extreme for a job that only pays $11.50 /hr and for what the job duties are. I've worked at mortgages companies and other lenders that fairly compensated their employees on top of bonuses.
