I had an interview and The Omni Hotel and was hired on the spot. Only one interview, background check, in two weeks emailed muy reporting date. But I have been in this industry 15 years and has stellar references from a general manager. This is a brand new, exclusive, VERY upscale hotel that only wants the VERY best quality associates. Like myself. If you went through changes... your qualifications were inadequate

Went for open interview for Battery Omni Hotel, Smyrna Georgia. Very personable interviewer, was told will hear back for a final interview the next week but to my surprise called to arrange final interview 2 days later. Questions were expected, you should do your research on the hotel before going to the interview! I believe i got the job!

Very old school and timely taking up to a month. Who in modern day society has that kind of time looking for a job it’s almost rude in a sense.
