It all comes down to if HR likes you or not. I was terminated for something I had nothing to do with. I was told by my manager that I was missing a punch , so I say whatever. Then I was terminated for falsely writing in the wrong time. Even tho it’s not in my hand writing. HR said don’t care. Then further more the manager is so high everyday at work, but that’s ok. Even have proof that it wasn’t my writing. They don’t care. It’s all if your in there little click. Guess I wasn’t. Even the people that know it wasn’t my fault, didn’t have the nerve to say a word. There’s your culture. It’s all talk only when corporate is around.

The cooking staff are amazing coworkers to be with other the that a lot of people are stuck up. The property is beautiful. Its just the people, some managers sucks. If it's not their way that's it, they cut your hours or let you go without explanation

Work environment depends on what department you are in, but it will be very busy and fast-paced during season (March - September). The culture is amazing. There are constant trainings for managers and supervisors to attend. We promote from within, so internal candidates fill most of our leadership positions. The first Friday of every month is a themed celebration in the cafeteria to announce the 6 winners of our employee of the month program. We have quarterly blood drives, an annual health fair, and volunteering opportunities with the local food bank. There is an open door policy for all levels of management - including our GM. Human Resources is always available to lend a helping hand or guidance with almost any issue/concern. There is a non-profit foundation that helps associates financially if they experience a crisis (foundation funded by associates). During the busy season, it is common to pick up shifts in other departments when they need help. We all come together to help each other succeed.......and the list goes on.
