Manager (Former Employee) – Dallas, TX – July 9, 2018
I did my job built up the house brands. Then let go for no reason. This company lacks leadership and a hands on C.E.O. Avoid this company right now they have had a lot of high ranking managers leave. This is not a stable environment.
Sales Manager/Sales Representative (Former Employee) – San Antonio, TX – July 9, 2018
Terrible Company to work for Management is hired with no experience whatsoever and that starts with corporate to regional management positions. With the right people in place this company could be a successful and great company to work for. Owner should take a good look at his employees in high positions and ask prior employees what really happened when they left or were terminated.
Avoid this company weather working for or buy from them they care about nothing with the customer or the buyers horrible place to be around. If you ever get there just keep your bags packed cause the turn over an burn out rate is crazy fast
Startup company with no idea how to run it. Management in place really don't know their job nor what their employees do. Unable to handle cash flow to pay anyone and wants employees to lie to them in that regards. No training available and everyone who had the knowledge was laid off so that knowledge left as well. Do not work here!!
