Validation Product Engineer (Current Employee) – Santa Clara, CA – November 5, 2017
In general, this is a company that has good talents and hard workers. Unfortunately, top-management shows no visions on the company goals and even not intend to have good conversations and alignments with employees. New CEO is only concerned about the numbers on the papers and charts. There is obviously a huge gap between the management and the working level.
The pay is fair. Career advancement is not likely. Office morale is low. Employees have some trust issues towards the management.

I experienced incompetent managers, people who took credit for your work, harassment, "do as I say, not as I do" managers, managers who were quick to deny issuing the orders they issued, and unclear instructions on what to do.
Highly stressful work environment, incompetent managers

Manager of Assembly and Test (Former Employee) – Sunnyvale, CA – July 10, 2012
Muti-tasking on assemply packaging solution, testing and procuring better quality vendors with lower cost. Learned to derive solution to problem by applying what I'd learnt from my previous jobs. A group of young talented managers to manage and to build up a new organization with experties and cultures from different backgrounds. The hardest part of the job is lack of equipments. The most enjoyable part of the job was figuring out a way to do the job with the lack of equipment.
