Not as people oriented as they lead you to believe
Assistant General Manager (Former Employee) – Little Rock, AR – July 20, 2019
With this brand you lack quality of life, they preach about being people oriented but they don't practice what they preach. You work long unappreciated hours as management and hourly team members, and it often goes unnoticed by leadership. The main focus is labor labor labor, minimal staffing leads to poor operations. I've always been taught staff for the business you want, but you can't do that here, you drive sales into the ground because you run with minimal labor to maximize profit.
