Great Management and team members

The company doesn’t just throw you in a position they take the time to train you throughly to make sure you are properly prepared. Everyone is also very helpful with any questions you may have to make sure you are on track and successful for your position.

Advancement, paid training, company car

this is a pretty cool place to work. they give you a company car to drive to and from customer houses to do your job and you can take this truck home once you are done with your first 3 months. they pay for dental and vision insurance and provide some cost to medical. the people are really great to hangout with and the older technicians get to train you during your first time on the road. the field manager trains you individually if he can and then shows you what to do on the road too. you get license training paid for here. you do get write ups if you need more training. customers can be a pain but that's better than working retail.

An amazing place to work!

I’ve worked for On the fly for the past 4 years and am so grateful that I was hired. The culture is positive, caring and inclusive. Fellow employees go out of their way to help each. The boss truly cares about his employee and wants to see us happy and successful. To that end, On The Fly has an amazing training program and invests a lot of time an effort into each employee to not only help us succeed in our current position but to allow for advancement. In the time I’ve been there I have been promoted 3 times! Whenever I have had any issue, I found my manager to be extremely helpful. I felt she listened, heard what I was saying and always found a way to resolve the issue. I truly feel valued at On The Fly.In terms of benefits, its truly fantastic. We have PTO which we are encouraged to take. We have health, vision and dental benefits. We have company get togethers, paid lunches and lots of free food. Most importantly the boss is a family man and he really cares about work-life balance. I could go on and on, It is an amazing place to work! Definitely apply

Fun events, team oriented, happy office staff

If you are a technician you spend your days on the road doing service appointments to take care of bugs and rodents but its nice to come back to the office for breaks because there is now arcade machines in the breakroom and you always get free snacks. The managers try to plan team events and provide lunch/dinner each month to celebrate peoples birthdays or big events. There are contests like racing in a bee suit and getting the best score on the arcade games. You get paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days. The pay and benefits are better than most places but the days can be long if there are a lot of customers asking for appointments.
