OCC is pretty run of the mill, as far as call centers go. Their technology is antiquated, the turnover rate is astronomical, and the politics are frustrating. The only thing that matters is attendance, even more so than performance. It's not the worst place to work, but definitely not the best either. Come for the overtime, stay for the benefits, but leave when the management shows its true colors.
