Consistent working hours with paid vacation
ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER (Current Employee) –  Mendota Heights, MNOctober 25, 2018
I enjoy this job because I get to work a morning shift and it's M-F. Also the job provides benefits and paid vacation after 90 days of temporary employment.

Horrible place to work
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Wauwatosa, WIJune 17, 2018
The worse place to work, horrible management and supervisors. Mandatory to work on your days off, mandatory 10-12hr on the weekends EVERY weekend. Not likely to succeed I’m this place no advancement, everyone quits within 3months. If you don’t have a life go right ahead. If you sick you get penalized for it and if you have kids this is not the job for you you will basically be In jail (work) and NEVER SEE THEM....RUN!!!
Pros
Nothing
Cons
5 min breaks every two hours, poor management

Fast Paced Call Center with Great Benefits
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Piscataway, NJSeptember 2, 2015
Inbound call center, volume varied on a daily basis; each representative could receive anywhere from ten calls to one hundred. Each call required the representative to follow a script as per the Board of Public Utilities standards. I was required to micromanage both phone calls and administrative duties, yet ensure all work was completed by the close of business. Management fostered a friendly working environment, despite the routine call-center feeling. The most challenging aspect of the position was to dictate the script verbatim, despite callers wanting to interrupt or deviate; calls were monitored and evaluated.

Simply meh.
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Portland, ORMarch 16, 2015
OCC is pretty run of the mill, as far as call centers go. Their technology is antiquated, the turnover rate is astronomical, and the politics are frustrating. The only thing that matters is attendance, even more so than performance. It's not the worst place to work, but definitely not the best either. Come for the overtime, stay for the benefits, but leave when the management shows its true colors.
Pros
Decent benefits after 90 days, Promotes from within.
Cons
Point-based attendance system, poor internal conflict management.
