I was offered the job and title of Assistant manager, I took it. My paychecks were never what they were supposed to be. The higher management was not operating correctly.

Nice place to work , Secure job for honest and hardworking people. Great chances of growth within the company. Seniors are very supportive and always guide there team for improvement, In dollar business it is very important to keep the store full and organized therefore stocking is the most important part of this business. Proper handling of man power and understanding of there strengths and weaknesses is another important and challenging part. Maintain cleanliness and keep the store organized with proper stocking according to the sections is also a important part, this will help customers to love shopping and to find there items easily which in return will increase customer satisfaction and will result in increasing the customer average and increasing the business. Another most important job is to take the deliveries with proper planning and control. The most important for every business is to develop healthy and friendly working environment.
