The interviews I have been on have been almost 30-45 mins long. I interviewed for the Family support specialist position a few years ago when I obtained my associates degree and did not get hired. I went back for my bachelor degree and interviewed for an afterhours sass/ccbys position and was hired. After 1.5 years I interviewed for Intact Family Services and it was only by phone and did not get hired. I interviewed for Ccbys and it was in person with the supervisor and director of programs. The I had a 2nd interview with the team and I was hired. I love my job, coworkers, supervisor, and director of programs. We also have an amazing team of employees at the Effingham office!
