It would be a good place to work if given the staff to do the work correctly and efficently!
Very fast paced workplace. I learned a lot about the hospitality business , although i have been in management before i have never managed 2 hotels and a diner with 40 employees. The hardest part of the job was keeping staff, had a lot of turnover and the most enjoyable was the people that i worked with and the guests.
