IT in Phoenix, AZ

IT deaprtment is understaffed and has high work load. Policies are not in writting and communication is poor. Management is disconnected from thier direct reports and favortisim rules the day. You will be expected to adhere to job duties that were never made clear and you will be thrown under the bus for another persons failures. HR will tell you of policy violations but cannot provide any written policy that exists(only verbal) so they can make up whatever they feel like and apply them to you. CEO is amazing and is the best part of the company but stay away if don't want a headache.

This organization truly cares about people. I have seen this for the last 6 years I have worked in Human Resources. Every business decision is made with the impact of associates, members, and communities in mind and leadership constantly strives to cultivate a culture of belonging and inclusivity. OneAZ has surveys and anonymous channels to provide feedback multiple times a year and that feedback is shared transparently. They go a step further in setting action plans and holding leadership accountable for change. I'm most proud of OneAZ's DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) efforts - they have worked toward a "bring your whole self to work" culture and every policy, initiative, sign, etc. embodies the focus that "people" are the most important thing. My career has grown tremendously with the exceptional leadership and learning opportunities available. Your career is what you make of it - give 110% every day and this organization will give that right back to you.

OneAZ is a great place to work if you are looking for a fast paced job and talk to lots of people all day! The benefits are also great! I highly recommend OneAZ to anyone that loves talking to people

The company pays extremely well. I do believe this is in hopes to make you look past the lack of leadership and management micromanaging. If you have experience I feel they will expect you to learn overnight or your expected to take zoom calls 30 minutes before your shift and that's all the training you get. Management continues to gossip and create horrible culture and work environments.

Great place to work, if you have an opportunity to work there, do it! Always put members best interest at heart and you will right at home. Be community oriented as well.
