You have an issue with a hostile work environment in your organization. You also have management that has allowed a culture of retaliation, harassment, favoritism and bullying. You need to investigate what is happening or you will have a big lawsuit on your hands some day.
Make sure the managers focus on being managers and not bullies. That they truly accept all of their employees no mattewr the race, age or gender of their employe. Maybe have them go through more diversity training.
