Company was fairly standard for a Financial Institution. Management was a mixed bag, as with most companies. The head of the department was extremely understanding and helpful, but the floor managers would encourage questions and offer assistance until they were in fact called upon. This made actually seeking assistance to feel like a burden and greatly increased the stress that comes with a call center position.
