This credit union used to have clear values that were never compromised under any reasons. Now, this place is plagued with former Wells Fargo and other big banks' employees that have brought a toxic culture with them. The problem is not the CEO of the organization, as a matter of fact, he is highly regarded by all associates; however, there are multiple egotistical and power-hungry individuals in middle and upper management that have ruined this cooperative. Loyal associates have become disposable, and many have been let go because it is all a big popularity contest. You will get ahead if your manager likes you, otherwise, you will be pushed out of a job.

Very clique. It's not what you know it's who you know. Leaders that should not be managing groups that they do not have experience in the line of business. The CEO is very concerned about looks and not about the business. Micromanagement. No leadership from the top down. Large turnover of employees.
