Management is largely clueless about the departments they oversee and shows a complete lack of interest in learning about the department they oversee. Management spends most of their days having personal discussions rather than work related topics.
If there was one topic to describe pretty much the entire culture at OneAZ it would be "knee jerk reaction". Nearly all decisions are made reactively and there are little efforts to be proactive.
Stifling environment to develop and grow, and management shows little to no interest in developing associates. Lots of micromanagement as well.

Very clique. It's not what you know it's who you know. Leaders that should not be managing groups that they do not have experience in the line of business. The CEO is very concerned about looks and not about the business. Micromanagement. No leadership from the top down. Large turnover of employees.
