Service Resolution Agent in Phoenix, AZ

This is written regarding an experience before our team was sent to be work from home. The Service Resolution Department started off great, but gradually snowballed into an unorganized avalanche of unforgivable proportions. Managers admitted to having no clear purpose for our team but told us to grin and bear constant escalations. Micro-management and a high-school attitudes became constant elements of an unstable work environment.

Since day one I've had assistance with anything I didn't understand, everyone helps each other. You get great feedback and acknowledgement on a job well done. Everyone is there to help you succeed. My supervisor is different from any other's I had with my old job, she does weekly one on one check ins..we discuss the job, but she cares about your mental health as well which is rare.

Management/sups are awful. Impossible metrics. Doesn’t care about you or outside of work situations. Will coach you for anything and make you feel belittled. No communication between sups/management and the teams. 100+ calls in queue almost constantly, so be aware of angry homeowners.

We had weekly management meetings with our Customer Service managers updating us on stats and things to improve on. It held us accountable and kept us excited to get higher success. We also had amazing work spirit and would dress up for Halloween and decorate our desks for holidays and have lunch hour competitions.
