This company is all about money and profit. They pay workers poorly and residents get charged a fortune but there is never enough staff. To give good care.You will NoT get proper training and they play favorites and fire people constantlyThis company also ignores hostile working environment that the current ED has created and do not take care of getting rid of other members of management that are disrespectful towards the caregivers and Med techs

I enjoy working for ONELIFE Senior Living. Every company has their areas for improvement, however they do a great job of responding to concerns. Home office is responsive.

A good insurance company

This company is okay you won’t really hear from your upline unless you have charge backs. Also they have a pretty flexible system to get promoted but they don’t necessarily provide the necessary support to move forward.

Poor management

As a former employee of this long term care facility, I feel compelled to share my negative experience working here. The management is poor and out of touch with their employees, which creates a negative work environment. They play favorites and show a blatant disregard for the concerns and needs of their staff.Most of the coworkers you will have are kind and helpful but Morale within the company is extremely low due to the cliquish and gossipy work culture. The management is not interested in helping people grow, especially new employees who come in eager to learn. The most concerning aspect of my time working here is the neglect of the residents who need extra care. Management does not seem to care about their well-being, and this is reflected in the lack of resources and training given to staff. The residents deserve better, and it's disheartening to see how little effort is put into ensuring their quality of life.In summary, I would not recommend working for this company. The management is poor, the work culture is toxic, and the neglect of the residents is unacceptable.
