Great management, nice place to work, good benefits, nice size workload. A bit discombobulated as far as client setups and supporting the hundreds of systems and plethora of passwords.

The company as a whole is a great place to work. Depending on your team and staffing, on-call isn't too bad. Good work life balance. The pay kind of stinks compared to the industry standards. That was the reason I left. Was only making about 80-85% market value. Even with remote work options this needed to be more in line with local rates. Management - more...
