Depending where you work OTA can be good. Some locations can be very political. It was a pleasant experience all around, everyone who works there is, and has been very nice.

Good culture

Pretty nice place to work. First job out of college and I held 3 different roles in three years each with a higher pay. Met a lot of great people there. Environment is friendly. Still can get stressful with the amount of work sometimes, but it’s a job so what do you expect. They had free lunch/breakfast every day when I was working there

Cool job

Cool job. Nice people and PTO was nice. Great job of you like people interaction.... Free food daily. Cool colleagues that care about the students.

Positive Energy

Fun place to work. Everyone is kind and respectful. A lot of team comradery. Be expected to wear multiple hats. Managers really do care about you. Met some great friends there.

Amazing atmosphere and company

This company goes above and beyond to help you understand their company’s philosophy and they are one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work for. They treat everyone with respect and work as a reliable team.

Great culture but difficult management team

If they stood by their motto to "always do what is good for the customer" then they would be a 5 star employer across the board. As they grew they seemed to have lost site of that motto.

Productive, loving culture at OTA

The company treats their employee's with respect and love. The company has relentless commitment to their customers and employee's. The management of OTA are all very nice to the employee's. The only hard part about my role was trying to help some non tech savvy customer with their platform issues and other technical issue. Other than that the job was great.

Great company

Love OTA. It offers a great product. It’s leaders lead with compassion and care for the students and staff. Great organization. Could not say enough wonderful things about OTA.

The company was big on love and family. Student were priority

Working with new and existing students accomplish their financial goals. I learned a lot about the trading and investing industry. Management worked closely in the trenches with their team. The culture was about being a family as a team. The hardest part of the job was the time and energy put into the sales process, but also the most rewarding.

Employees at the forefront

Management does a great job of engaging and rewarding employees with thoughtfulness, though high level discussions and strategic decisions are generally limited to the input of only the most senior folks and therefore there is a lack of opinion diversity. Overall a great place to work with a strong culture.

fun workplace

i enjoyed a flexible schedule and enjoyed the ability to travel all around the US to different education centers. I learned a lot about the financial markets through other instructors.

Amazing culture, slow growth

The hands-down best feature at OTA was that they hired amazing people to fuel an excellent culture. The biggest downside were slow promotions as they tended to hire from the outside rather than promote from within.

OTA is a lion’s den.

Elitist and corrupt. Double standards, poor communication. They’ll twist your words. They’ll say they love you until they know you think for yourself.

amazing workplace

I was part of a global team. would fly out to a location example, Hawaii. Check into hotel, make sure all my team arrived safely and ready to report for work in the morning for a double shift. I gather all the materials and get the car packed and ready for the team in the morning. we take off to set up our 4 day seminar at other locations throughout the city. i worked with hotels and covered everything from start to finish on the seminar with paperwork, reports and invoicing of payment. take down the banners and ads and pack up to do it again in another location the following day.

Great culture and Supportive environment

Everyone works towards the same goal. We are here for the students first and doing all we can to bring them the best financial education possible during uncertain times. It is a phenomenal team.

Freedom to work on your own, classroom working one too many, sales opportunities, highly satisfying, multiple centers located around allowing greater traveling opportunty

Terrible company to work for

Promote “love” as their core value. The reality is that it is more like a religious cult environment. Very fake from the top management level and the only thing that matters is revenue despite their claim that they really care about the employees. There were so many things that didn’t add up in how they conducted their business model.

Online Trading Academy provides exceptional services to the client base. The quality of education provided is top notch and robust. All who work with the company as student or employee are set up to succeed.

Empowering leadership and exceptional culture

It was a remote work position that allowed me interact at all times of the day with the franchise owners. I was able to create my own travel schedule. The management were exceptional people who sought to give me the freedom to build, grow and self manage while providing support whenever it was needed. The hardest part of the job was the times when there was an elevated need for support all at once. The most enjoyable part was the training I gave and seeing the results for my franchises.

Good culture and Compensation

No work life balance but compensation was great. Strong company values. Great product that you can get behind. Great team environment. Fast faced. They feed you.
