What is the best part of working at the company?Being able to help the community and make your own schedule.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?When the Drs. Terrible

Onsite bought out the original company I was working for, they completely shut out everyone from the old company and slowly let us go but not before making us feel like the odd ones out. They do not take any complaints seriously, upper management doesn't care about anyone below them.

Great support and work place

Trustworthy office, focused, team oriented, assistant and manager always willing to help when I need it. Doctor is efficient and experienced. Enjoyed working here.

Fun place to work, supportive team, and rewarding

I really enjoy working here at the Everett location because my team is so supportive! Always eager to help when I need it. The patients are very nice! The pay is great! I like the hours because now I actually have time for things after work, unlike my previous job. My manager is awesome!!

Could be a wonderful place

From my experience at Onsite in everett it could be a wonderful place, however, from my experience many things needs to change for this place to get better reviews. The schedule is slammed on the hygiene side and rarely will you get help with new patient exams which are always done on the hygiene side. You will be expected in a hour and a half to do Fmx, PC, Io photos, enter all existing work and complete a cleaning or start quads, but make sure you leave at least thirty minutes for comp exam and treatment planning along with collecting money, and turning over your room and complete chart notes. The computer system has alot of issues so be prepared to log in and out all the time and there isn't a way to treatment plan and have the x-rays up at the same time. The bonus system is a joke basically the only way for hygiene to bonus is to hit the production goal every single day or you must make up for it the following day, but good luck as the schedule rarely allows for you to hit your goal, but others will bonus based on patient reviews and monthly production reached, but remember you won't bonus. There isn't a bathroom, which personally isn't the end of the world you just have to walk a little. Parking is the worst, wear rubber boots for the rain and be prepared to walk a good ten minutes to get to the trailer. These are just a few things to keep in mind and it is important to make a decision based on your own experiences. I could list a million other negative reasons, however, no place is perfect but I do believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect from the dental staff -

My direct manager in office was fantastic and the doctor great

Would not recommend at all! The company does not care about its employees it is all about the regional managers and corporate Bo using and that is it. The rules are stretched with fraudulent discounts and such. It’s ridiculous, if you care about quality and being able to treatment plan appropriately without being told how to do your job this is not the company for you

Professional

They have abundant programs to help the doctors in career advancement. They are also serious about goal achievement and making sure that we are happy in our workplace. Our concerns are also taken seriously and would address them in timely manner.

Overwhelming, unprofessional

Your role in the position doesn't matter. Nothing gets done when it's needed. Don't trust what anybody says. No bathroom or break room. The most overwhelming dental assistant job ever.

Unprofessional

The best word to describe this company is greed. As a corporate office, it’s obvious their only core value is money and will do anything it takes to fill schedules, even if it means your lunch gets taken away. For the longest time, I never got breaks. Stay away for your own sanity :) Management is insanely unprofessional. I could go on and on.

Over worked to meet a goal some days there was no lunch or break.. The managers Can you check in the mailbox taking out the trash and delivering and picking up packages

The management cares about the employees, wanting to provide the best support possible

From both a management and office culture, you know those at the top care about their employees, trying to do what is best for everyone. They go above and beyond making sure we have the proper PPE to keep both the patients and providers safe.

Great Company!

I have been with this company since 2015. I did leave for a short while but came running back right away. I was just curious to try something different but soon realized that Onsite Dental was the company I want to continue and hopefully finish my career with. There is a lot of support here when it comes to management. I have a great manager and regional manager! Communication is key. I have a great team which is a bonus. It's very easy to have a great team here since we get so much support and that makes us come to work happy. Benefits are also a great bonus. I have been with other corporate dental and this by far has the best benefits!

Unique/Niche concept well executed by the leadership team

haven't worked with such talented group of individuals that really care about people and driving a positive work environment in such a long time. i've been with this company over a year now and still enjoying every minute of it. can't beat the outstanding leadership team, both clinical and operations in helping this make a great company to work for. the leadership truly has a hands on approach and understands every aspect of this industry to then inturn provide the best guidance and leadership this company deserves.

Very disorganized

I was let go after initiating a harassment issue. I made the report and in less than a week I was fired. I was unable to have a conversation with the senior team.

Fun place to work with lots of upward mobility

I started as a Dental Assistant with Onsite Dental a few years ago. I'm now a Practice Manager over one of their mobile dental routes. I have really enjoyed my job and feel supported by the company. I manage a busy office and have been taught and supported as I grew into my position. My team is fabulous, expectations are realistic, and we have the autonomy to make our office feel like home and provide a great experience for our patients. Love, love, love this place.

Great Company

A great experience to work at and if I wasn't moving abroad I would not have left. I learned so much from my time there and really enjoyed their philosophy. It gave me an opportunity to meet great people.

Great Place to Work!

I started out at Onsite Dental as a Dental Assistant and within a year I was given the opportunity to become a Practice Manager. Onsite gave me the opportunity to grow in my career. They really put people first, not only patients but employees as well.
