Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Dental Hygienist in Onsite Dental
The management cares about the employees, wanting to provide the best support possible
Dental Hygienist (Current Employee) - Hillsboro,Oregon - December 3, 2020
From both a management and office culture, you know those at the top care about their employees, trying to do what is best for everyone. They go above and beyond making sure we have the proper PPE to keep both the patients and providers safe.
Pros
great benefits and management cares about the employees
Cons
working in a mobile van and having no bathroom on site

Great Company!
Registered Dental Hygienist (Current Employee) - Santa Clara, CA - June 29, 2020
I have been with this company since 2015. I did leave for a short while but came running back right away. I was just curious to try something different but soon realized that Onsite Dental was the company I want to continue and hopefully finish my career with. There is a lot of support here when it comes to management. I have a great manager and regional manager! Communication is key. I have a great team which is a bonus. It's very easy to have a great team here since we get so much support and that makes us come to work happy. Benefits are also a great bonus. I have been with other corporate dental and this by far has the best benefits!
Pros
Everything
Cons
None

Greedy and unethical doctors
Hygienist (Former Employee) - Santa Clara, CA - January 17, 2020
I worked here for about a year until I couldn’t stand it anymore. They claim they provide white glove service but they clearly don’t The doctors are so greedy. It’s ridiculous. The doctors will lie to patients just to make more money. They do the cleanings when there are hygienists and they take only 5 minutes to do a cleaning that should take at least 30 minutes . The managers don’t support you at all. They just help the doctors. There is so teamwork here.
Pros
Benefits
Cons
There is no structure.
