Honestly it feels like the management already know who they plan to hire. Recently almost all uper management positions get filled by someone who either knows the manager that's looking to fill the position. Even the candidate is clueless on the position they seem to get hired just because they know a manager. I guess my tip is it doesn't mater if your a good fit or what you know as long as you know a manager. Company recently had a change in management that really have no businesses there the company at least the Chatsworth location will go down. Not to mention the pay of new hires are terrible. Feel free to find out though best of luck. The company was actually great on 2018 before management changed and started running it on 2019 took them 1 year to bring it down.
Just before 2019 it used to be a family culture type company. Very open and great 2 way communication with management and every employee everyone knew what was going on. 2019 came in with a change of management and to be honest it really became the opposite of what the company use to be. Communication is really at a low. Ideas submitted by employees are no longer taken only the current manager has a say and really unfortunate to see a really good company brought down by a mistake of hiring one site manager.
