Just before 2019 it used to be a family culture type company. Very open and great 2 way communication with management and every employee everyone knew what was going on. 2019 came in with a change of management and to be honest it really became the opposite of what the company use to be. Communication is really at a low. Ideas submitted by employees are no longer taken only the current manager has a say and really unfortunate to see a really good company brought down by a mistake of hiring one site manager.
