A typical work day at OnTrac was very welcoming. The company had the that small company feel where there was a lot of communication and almost a family feeling. I learned how to self manage a lot more. Coming from a more structured and micromanaged company previously, OnTrac gave the managers a lot more freedom to own their departments.
