Doesnt pay enough for what we do
Account Executive for South Bay (Current Employee) –  Bay Area, CAJuly 5, 2018
Company needs to either pay more, or offer better benefits or everyone is going to leave within four months. They can't keep people because although the commission is good, they pay the same to everyone around the state when the Bay Area needs at least a 20 percent increase.
Pros
Pay for your mileage
Cons
Unrealistic expectations

Corrupted
Ca Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Newark, CAMay 9, 2018
Don't waste your time here. There reward system is designed to continually get harder the better you preform. This is done to ensure that can limit the amount of commission you can earn when you are preforming well.

Management is corrupt from the top down. The culture here is toxic. Turnover is incredibly high. To put things in perspective they pretty much hire anyone who walks through the door.
Pros
There is good lunch near by

everything

Flexible Hours
Data entry (Former Employee) –  Palo Alto, CADecember 18, 2016
The company is very flexible with hours. They may work around your schedule. It is a good start for a data entry experience! It is mainly repetitive work, however it is simple!
