Excellent agency

Excellent agency would definitely recommend. They are very understanding and don’t give the workers a hard time if you have to cancel a shift. I just wish they paid the 4 hours for a shift when you get to a facility and your not on the schedule.

Lots of shifts to choose from. OPA is a W2 employer, so their pay rates don't look as high, but I don't have tax liability at the end of the year. They communicate (call and text) a lot, which I find helpful but some may find annoying. If you want to work a lot and make a lot of money with your taxes taken care of, this is the place.

Overall the job was ok but management sucked as it does in every job. Would I recommend some what. It was cool while it lasted. The pay could be a lot more. If you are 18-20 and you still live at home with your parents, than this the job for you. You want be able to make it. Only if your working 7dys a week with doubles.
