Not a fan of OPAA management. The under-staff has a stronger work ethic, actual kitchen experience and able to handle emergencies much better than the management.

They will do great for schools if they expand their Management team and care about the schools that they have started and have on hand. Stop trying to take on more when you can't handle what you have.
