Amazing people and product cover up major flaws

Great place to work with fun and intelligent people on an amazing product that you can be proud of. People are energetic, enthusiastic, kind and smart. Unfortunately, high turnover rate at the executive level created a negative ripple effect and there is poor planning for change management. Metrics for success are ill-defined in certain departments and resulted in super low employee retention among those teams. These issues must be addressed if the company wants to make it to the next level and grow from start-up to mid-sized.
