Poor management
Account Executive (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXJune 15, 2018
Account Execs beware. Severe micromanagement and intimidation tactics used. Not given opportunity to build relationships and do the right thing. If you take pride in your work and value any sort of work/life balance, you will keep looking. Constant turnover of AE’s. Eventually, customers will take note of the revolving door of staff members and start looking for other solutions.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Micromanagement, poor upper management, intimidation of staff, no HR to speak of

Operations Lead (Former Employee) –  Redwood City, CAJanuary 8, 2018
Great people. Management was still learning at the beginning but got much better over time.

They provided me with multiple opportunities to advance but were not as willing to pay for added roles.
Pros
Free lunches

Amazing people and product cover up major flaws
Full Time Employee (Current Employee) –  Redwood City, CANovember 4, 2016
Great place to work with fun and intelligent people on an amazing product that you can be proud of. People are energetic, enthusiastic, kind and smart. Unfortunately, high turnover rate at the executive level created a negative ripple effect and there is poor planning for change management. Metrics for success are ill-defined in certain departments and resulted in super low employee retention among those teams. These issues must be addressed if the company wants to make it to the next level and grow from start-up to mid-sized.
Pros
interesting challenges, free food, dry-cleaning, intelligent people
Cons
mismanagement, ill-defined metrics, frequent change management
