In the early days, I was quite happy to show up to work. Now, I find myself wishing I could be anywhere else. My job description has become extremely vague and its future uncertain. I also dread the almost inevitable workplace drama.

I did not like my job. For 4 years I explained my feelings to my manager(s). I was more than willing to do just about any other job but really wanted to stay with Open Text. There was absolutely no assistance offered with finding another position within the company, no process to move up or out of where I worked. I ended leaving not because I wanted to leave Open Text, but because even though I constantly asked about doing just about ANYTHING, I was provided with no form of advice or help.
