Opiniion Careers and Employment

Opiniion has a wonderful environment to work in. They are a small growing company, so expect to see growing pains. This means that sometimes you feel like you don't have all the resources you need to accomplish your job. In my case, I don't have access to user test our actual users yet. As this type of research is core to helping me succeed, this is one of my major pain points.On the plus side, the management is willing to listen and create a plan with you to get what you need. If you are willing to reach out and voice your concerns, they are willing to listen as they have for me. I am currently working to help this company to incorporate more design focus into our approach for success. It is really exciting to be part of this growing process. My coworkers are great, the management is very friendly and tries to connect with all their employees. They respect the time and effort that you contribute. I really feel that I have the autonomy to create and accomplish my goals on my schedule.

Consistent and interesting work with professional colleagues.

I have been working at Opiniion for around 8 months now. I have been given very interesting assignments which have helped me to grow as a developer. The people I work with are very professional and easy to get along with. All in all it is a very good atmosphere for working.

Great team, supportive management, always have the flexibility to learn and explore new technologies. The product is unique with a lot of new features and enhancements. There is room to grow and develop my skillset at Opiniion. Unlimited PTO, team building activities are really enjoyable.
