Excellent Work/Life Balance

They’re great at allowing flexibility, they have an excellent ENPS ratings and they take all the feedback seriously. Their benefits kind of suck, but that’s kind of expected with a start up. They’re also very generous with their employees and do as much as they can to make sure they’re happy and taken care of.

Great company with people who care about you and what you need to succeed.

Opiniion has a wonderful environment to work in. They are a small growing company, so expect to see growing pains. This means that sometimes you feel like you don't have all the resources you need to accomplish your job. In my case, I don't have access to user test our actual users yet. I have been working at Opiniion for around 8 months now. I have been given very interesting assignments which have helped me to grow as a developer. The people I work with are very professional and easy to get along with. All in all it is a very good atmosphere for working.
