There is no mentoring, very fast paced. Can't depend on Management for advise. What they say and do are opposites. There's a lot of nepotism and if your not in their circle, you are done. They expected me to process 16 payrolls a month, that was not told to me when hired. The finance person was self absorbed and wanted credit for everything everyone ...
