Enjoys Working here!
Transportation Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Minnetonka, MNMarch 22, 2019
The open office space is wonderful, everyone feels apart of the team no matter the department you work in. Everyone works together as a team to help each other. Everyone is great about sharing information or assisting you if you are unsure of what you should do with something if you are new. The work schedule of 3 12 hours shifts and 1- 6 hour shift helps with the work life balance. There is plenty of days to get things done in your off time and during "normal business hours". The hardest part of the job is just being in the middle of the supplier and the client when there are no resources and you are out of options. that is extremely challenging, it is also the most rewarding at times when you do find the impossible situation and are able to get a resource to the location for on time or close to on time pick up. This is very fast paced, critical thinking and multitasking is a must. The PTO accrual here is very impressive, stay 5 years and you get 5 weeks. Plus 16 hours of floating holiday after 90 days. The insurance benefits are incredibly generous, extremely affordable for a family in addition to the HSA account.
Pros
Great team members, Great management team
Cons
On Busy days, the 12 hours get to be a little long for some.

Great experience and fun people to work with
Analyst (Current Employee) –  Minnetonka, MNAugust 23, 2018
The owner and management are always looking for feedback and ways to improve. I’ve really enjoyed this because it gives everyone a chance to have a voice in the company which doesn’t always happen. There are also great people to work with there. It works with technology, data and all aspects of the company work together to collaborate which is also a great aspect.
Pros
Pto, benefits, great people

Fast paced and always different
Transportation Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNApril 5, 2018
The day is always different. Some days you keep up with your work load and other days it’s very busy. This is typical for dispatch as our job is impacted by weather or other factors that are not controllable.

The owner and his upper managers are working on the environment, software/systems, processes, and involvement to really benefits his employees and his company. It is a good time to be in this company!

I have read the negative comments about this company but everything is what you make of it. This is a small company but it is still growing. So there will be moments or things that frustrate you but our management team is open to suggestions and to listen. All you have to do is ask!

You do work 12 hour days for three of your days and a 6 hour day. Long shifts but you do get 3.5 days off in a row!

If you like customer service, if you like fast paced environments/situations, if you want a place to learn and grow- this could be a great opportunity for you!
Pros
Management is willing to listen to employees, when you leave for the day you are done for the day, fun and diverse coworkers
Cons
Can be long days

Not a very secure job, The culture at this job is a non inclusive environment. No team spirit. The only good thing about this company is that you get a pay check every month. Every body that I know who works there are looking for another job. You learn pretty fast that they are just going to throw you out there with very minimal training and expect you to change the world.
Pros
pay checks are regular
Cons
Nothing

Only positive is the owner is clueless
Manager/Analyst (Former Employee) –  Minnetonka, MNMay 17, 2017
If you want a job that no one really knows what you are supposedly to do this is the company for you

I would spend hours a day accomplishing nothing but looking at personal things. Due to no reporting structure in the company no one would say anything. The communication in the office was not good at all. Having no management hierarchy left everything up for personal interpretation. This had jobs posted and interviewed for that never were put in place or had to pull job offers that had already been made. Having no HR department or anyone to go to with questions or concerns left many employees frustrated. Bright side I haven't heard anyone complain about not getting paid correctly for a few months before I left.
Pros
Accomplished minimal work for the pay
Cons
culture, management, no growth potential
