Awful. Management is incompetent and most of them are in their positions because of the Peter Principle. They have all also drunk the corporate Kool-Aid and are incapable of independent thought.

Very poor work environment. They will work you to the bone and still expect more. The workload is humanly unmanageable. People are being fired and being walked out everyday while the managers sit around behind closed doors. Lots of favoritism.

Not a friendly work environment. Pay is not fair. They say RN makes $38/hr. This is not true much less more like $33-$34/hr. Constant harassment with emails that don’t pertain to nursing.

Lots of favoritism. Certain people sit and do all the work while working through breaks and lunches while others sit on their phones on day. Management says nothing because of all the brown nosing.
