Not a friendly work environment. Pay is not fair. They say RN makes $38/hr. This is not true much less more like $33-$34/hr. Constant harassment with emails that don’t pertain to nursing.

Lots of favoritism. Certain people sit and do all the work while working through breaks and lunches while others sit on their phones on day. Management says nothing because of all the brown nosing.

Co-workers are great, upper management needs major attitude adjustment. Director of operations is never there, when she shows up, she criticizes and “dresses you down”, very toxic environment, former employee, Portland, OR
