Staff Nurse in Indianapolis, IN
on September 23, 2022
A typical day at option is challenging in the sense that you don't know what behaviors you will deal with, but some days are surprisingly calm. The management is poor. They don't rate performance based on your work. It is a fast- revolving door. Also, the working environment is always too cold or too hot. They never seem to get the right temperature. When you complain about it, they say it is because the building is old.

This company does not care for long term employees. There is management who promote according to friendship not demonstration of work ethics and lie about why they do things. Not a facility to work for.

Options Behavioral Health needs alot of improvement beginning with upper management. There needs to be a higher level of patient care and staff appreciation. It's not appropriate for leadership and office leadership to only care about money and numbers. Too many things are taking place here and the very high turnover of staff is very concerning.
