Probably great for therapists, support staff underappreciated
Written by Resource Specialist (Former Employee) from Springfield, OR on March 22, 2018
As a support staff at Options, I felt disrespected by many of the therapists and heard the same from other case managers. I had to meet with the clinical supervisor at one point to express the frustration I felt when my request for help with a suicidal client was disregarded. It was often difficult to get therapists to meet with me to discuss clients - more ... they wanted my support for, which made my job very difficult. And I felt my helpful demeanor was taken advantage of. It may be a good place to work for therapists but in my 2+ years working there I saw a great deal of turn-over and medical leaves. - less
