Great question!
Yes, some positions require our employees to be able to transport clients in their own, personal vehicle. The employee does need proof that the vehicle is covered by insurance. No, Options does not pay for the insurance. We do pay mileage. Options pays (at least) the same rate as the federal government. The standard mileage rate for business is based on an annual study of the fixed and variable costs of operating an automobile.
