Selling off a lot of state houses- background checks done with drug screens (that to me is a plus). Takes awhile but the process seems to be faster than years ago

Get better pay for your staff. Give your staff more time off. More affordable healthcare. Without us, there would be no opwdd. Cut down on the mandates. Your staff have families and lives too and until you’ve done the job every day you have no idea how over worked, stressed and under paid we are.
